因為懷孕又沒有後援，所以看到呵補的試用包活動，馬上填好索取資料，等到產後再煮來試吃。 創辦人很用心，還親手寫小卡分享心路歷程及鼓勵。包裝輕巧簡便，背面也附上如何烹煮，我是加雞腿肉或排骨，使用電鍋加熱烹食，真的讓產後缺乏元氣的媽媽，節省很多力氣。 我從小便很排斥中藥味，但沒想到呵補的湯頭很清甜，沒有濃厚的中藥味，加上食材一起烹煮，整個清淡養生，我連鹽巴都沒加，就吃得津津有味！

I love the ease and convenience of using the post-partum herbal packs to cook soups- the herbs are neatly packed in a bag without the fuss of washing individual herbs and clearing the herbs from the pot after cooking the soups. Most importantly, my post-partum recovery was quick and I felt more energetic and nourished after drinking the series of soups. I will highly recommend to all modern mums who would like to improve their health after delivery.
Black bean essence. It is a wonderful supplement for me as it helps to regulate and increase my milk supply for breastfeeding. I was less worried about not having enough milk for my baby during the early days of postpartum. Definitely the go-to beverage for breastfeeding mums
