我是Monica，土生土長台灣人。十多年前為愛跟隨先生，來到英國展開異鄉生活！育有三位學齡孩子，海外生產育兒經驗，英國坐月子，讓我深刻體會每個媽媽、女人的不容易。酸甜苦辣的旅外人生，我曾孤單、掙扎、挫折、懷疑，但依舊相信，女人是有韌性的。願我的每一分苦澀，都能釀成感同身受的力量；每一段故事，都能提醒我，除了照顧家人，也別忘了關心時刻努力的自己。
her.B-呵補，是我第四個孩子，希望從英國為起點，透過老祖先的草本智慧，喚醒記憶中家鄉的味道，用便捷的進補方式，呵護每一位異鄉打拼的女孩。
家人不在身邊的日子、身體需要之時，不論在哪個節令，都有來自我們健康、單純、沒負擔的關愛。

How it all started…
I am Monica and I am originally from Taiwan. Because my of husband’s work, we moved to the United Kingdom more than a decade ago and started our adventure.
After giving birth to three children, I understand the challenges of being a mother without a well-knitted support system. At times I struggled, felt lonely, experienced frustrations and doubted myself, yet I also realized the true grit deep within a woman. Every bit of bitterness has now transformed into strength; every moment of my stories now a reminder that, in order to better take care of my loved ones and my work, I need to take care of myself as well.
Her.B is my fourth child. Backed by generations of herbal wisdom and founded in the United Kingdom, our products rekindle your culinary memory, provide nostalgic tastes and impart health benefits to you - the hardworking woman who is far away from her homeland.
