Our Black Essence Noodles go through three careful steps: pressing, twisting, and sun-drying. Repeated pressing builds elasticity, hand-twisting shapes the noodles, and finally, they’re left to naturally dry under the sun for two days. This unique process ensures that each bite is packed with a delightful, chewy texture that’s simply irresistible!

 

◤簡單烹煮,小技巧讓麵更好吃!Simple Tips to Cook Your Noodles Perfectly!

1. 水寬量多:麵條有足夠空間更均勻受熱。

2. 滾水加冷水:讓麵內外均勻熟透,避免過熟。

3. 冷水冰鎮:輕鬆提升麵的Q彈嚼勁!
