食材、風味、藥膳都很重要。食材和藥材的選擇通常是由客戶備齊,所以客戶會把關。如果客戶需要我選擇搭配,我也會跟客戶推薦商量。

 

2. 吃素的媽媽也能做好月子嗎?

吃素更為清淡,當然可以做好月子,但要注意蛋白質和鐵質的補充攝取。

 

3. 飲食是否影響母奶?

絕對有直接的影響!產婦的飲食對母乳的影響很大,所以要注意各種營養的搭配。

Ingredients, flavors, and herb diets are all important. The selection of ingredients and herbs is usually done by the mothers. If the customer needs advice, we will also offer recommendations and suggestions.

 

2. Can a vegetarian mother do well during the postpartum confinement period?

Absolutely! Vegetarian cuisine is generally milder. A vegetarian person can do well during the postpartum confinement period, provided your intake of protein and iron is adequate.

 

3. Does diet affect breast milk?

Definitely! Maternal diet has a significant impact on breast milk, so attention should be paid to the combination of various nutrients.
